revised count after peering at the 5th Ed. Space marine Codex: a bit over 3800 points. Not including the Grey Knight Squad, 2 Inquisitors, Vindicare assassin or the Shadowsword (or variant) that is just one track section at the moment.
Mind you, that's definately a no-force-org-chart apocalypse list. Oi, and I need to re-arm (literally) my chaplain on bike that still has a pair of lightning claws.... and here I thought that was a cool ass model too. Damn GW taking away my choices. *grumbles*

nope, no retinue guys.... when I had a ret set up, I used old storm trooper minis... which are now moonlighting as another scout squad.
Stormlord almost done. Found the bits for a second dreadnought... looks like maybe I'll have 5000 pts once I add everything up.... again.

so i thought i would add my army count to this now that it is something worth mention.
I have 2 hammerhead gunships (one can be either rail or ion or even a skyray if they didn't suck)
2 devil fish
3 piranha(ok so i still have to put them together)
4 12 man squads of fire warriors
1 20 man squad of kroot carnivores and 12 hounds
10 XV8 crisis suits fully customizable
1 XV8 crisis suit commander
1 commander farsight
1 sniper squad
1 6 man squad of stealth suits
one squad of 8 pathfinders (two with rail)
1 squad of broadsides (1 with plasma)
and one tau ethereal
also of course i have plenty of gun drones i could bring
way i have figured it i can put out and army that is about 2600-2800 points if i pay attention to the standard for org chart. the 2600 would be more competitive obviously. This is without using farsight since that jerk changes everything.

40K I have a lot of Orks (I'll update with model count at some point) and 1250 in Necrons. Fantasy I have around 2000 in Dwarfs. I also have a small Maligaux force, a decent amount of Legion and about 15 for Cryx. And I hope to get more.
