If you have two one hand weapons can you make an attack with each, the axe i have says that you may have an additional weapon

The book says that "A" weapon may only be used to attack once per turn. However, if you have two weapons, I would think that you can use both.
And now an armor question. Joan can have up to 3 armor cards. Now, one is "torso/legs/arms" and the other is "arms." Am I allowed to use both, since both have "arms" in the type, or only one?

P.S. you might have been confused by my post above this one. I was using "God's sake" as an expression, and added "(Your)" so that all you white folk would understand that I was not refering to my god, as we do not have expressions like that.
