I could be there at 6. But, 7 would be better. That way I don't have to hit the road right at rush hour. Gives me time to eat as well.

Hey, sorry for the late response. Wensday I managed to pull off a rare feat, I totalled a car at 2 miles an hour, maybe not that hard when the car wasn't worth much to begin with. I'm fine but the repairs are more than the car is worth and there was some surprisingly serious damage done to the car despite the slow speed. The next couple of days and weeks are going to be spent finding a replacement, so I am going nowhere fast.
I still want to participate in the campaign but wont be able untill after the end of December at this point and maybe not untill school starts again. If I can I'll take any old position on the map, perferabaly the one next to the railhead depots. And because of the car issue, it doesn't look like I will be making it down to DeKalb anytime soon so just keep my fortified or if I can grab an uncontested territory do it. I'll try to whatch the forums as best I can. Other wise just pull me and let someone else into the campaign in my place.

hey, I can't make it tonight, the sixth, but I would want to expand to the railhead depots if I could or fortify the terminus if I could not. I might be able to make it next week, if not the I will certainly make it the week after that.

Well, I am back, and as I understand it, I have a game that I need to play against John, right? I am free all of Monday, and then all day Thursday and Friday and the weekend. So let me know what time is good for you.

It's looking like I'm not going to be there tomorrow due to my housing situation being more up in the air than usual as of late. It seems sad that not knowing where I'm going to be sleeping for the next few days is hardly a startling thought anymore.

Hey Andrew, two questions: One, you asked if I was free on Friday for a game with John, which I am, but I forgot to ask what time it would be and or how to get in contact with him. What do I need to do to make this happen? Two, can I switch over to Forge World tank company rules mid campaign keeping vetrancy for the units that are the same in both books? Can I switch to tank company at all? It would be the revised list issued after the new IG codex. I have a printed pdf for anyone who would want to look it over. Thanks. ~Carl

Oops. Here's his number: 224-717-6361. He said 2pm today would be his ideal.
As for switching...eeeerrrrr lemme think about it.

Ah ha, thanks!
I will aim to be there around 1:45 or so then.
The tank company idea is just something I thought up that could be nasty to kill but there is the small matter that there is very little infantry to actually claim objectives, it would mostly be a silly thing to try and cause this game to be not exactly like the other 6 or 7 we have fought for this point.

Play a bigger game so you get more toys. Or use different ones. Try different strategems. Try not to let him make is so the center is a killing ground instead of the tallest building. Etc...Remember, doing the same thing over and over expecting different results is a mark of insanity...
