Yes, the preceding is required. So, you can field your Crisis as the 2 units of Elites. You can use clouds of drones as Fast Attack I believe. And beyond that, you can only have up to two Troops choices. Otherwise you're fine! If you don't have enough to fill, as I've said before, don't worry about it. They're there so you spend the points on them first, before the optional stuff.

Ah thanks, but given my relatively limited # of choices as far as the type of troops i can field at 1250 points I'll just bring everything early and work out the particulars because I can configure several different lists that way to be the most fair/legal for the match.
