instead of watching the much anticipated lame ass superbowl..i played josh and matt in warhammer and one both games..though they both came down to a close match...especially when matt's 20" comet spell hit the table the last turn incinerating almost all of both are armies..fun times fun times...

yeah i am not use to fighting shooty armies...my army is more geared for fighting knights...and other heavy hitters...your army presents a new challenge that i will have to adapt to sir...Good games though...the comet was brutal...and hilarious...and so was the trip to and from el burrito loco...delso lets see those nips.

once you get those heavy hitters mike your army will be a supreme presence on the board...I am not looking forward to playing a 2000pt game against you but of course i will.

Just point more cannons at it. With two great cannons a treeman becomes firewood in a turn.

its not the treeman I am worried about its all the arrows coming at me...with his mix of heavy shooting and heavy hitters like treemen and tree-kin...he has the best of both worlds a shooty that can stomp on you in CC too.

well especially the hail of arrows magic item. frickin 3d6 shots. ya that was one hell of a game. that comet is nuts to the max and that's actually the first time i got it off. 20"radii is insane. That'll go down in gaming history. i need some cavalry and field a few terradons then you'll be sorry hehehehe.

Friday (sept 29th), me and my bro had a 2000pt battle between wood elf (huge model army) and his Chaos Korne Army
My army consisted of the Following:
Lord on Dragon w/ magic sword which autowounds and then LD roll off after wound and loser takes difference and an item for a 4+ ward against Magic attacks
L2 caster w/ hail of doom
2X 12 glade guard
6 scouts w/ full command (no March w/i 12" banner)
12 dryads w/ champ
6X wardancers with champ and musician
2X Treemen
Aarons army:
Lord on Dragon ( magic weapon boosted stats and not sure about armor
1 champ on steed
1 champ on demonic steed
4 chosen knight of korne w/ steed hero
4 knights of korne w/ demonic steed hero
2X Chariots of Korne
12 maraders w/ champ and flails
After 6 turns
I killed off his char on dragon, his chosen knight w/char, his maraders and a chariot
he got 1 treemen, wardancers, 1 glade guard and dryads
WOODELFS WIN by a masacare 1714 VP to 707 VP

Hail of doom did nothing
one on one with my dragon to his, I caused a wound and we rolled off LD test I rolled a 6 + 10Ld and he rolled a 1 + 9Ld and took and addtional 16-10=6wounds, no armor or ward saves allowed.
I killed his char and his dragon was left, It ran from me and smacked into a treemen which i was about to flank it with and killed it
for my one dead treemen he smacked it with a chariot for 2 wounds and his chosen killed it off but took out the chariot and enough chosen to kill them with the dragon later

awesome. i was pissed bc i almost got a dragon off ebay, but at the last minute it jumped to like $40 with shipping so i was like screw it. bidding on a few treemen bc they rock so hard it's nuts. trying to kill one with an entire frickin saurus lizardmen army is hard. that's in relation to what I've seen and heard about dragons and treemen which compelled me to buy them (hopefully at a cheap price).

I won that game fair and square...it was extremely fun though...MVP's were my pistoliers taking out one unit of glade guard and his general. If you had ran your Treeman across the board from the first turn the game would have been completely different.
