And you have seen the others elsewhere. I am working on finishing a couple models, including a new diorama idea I just started the other day, so with any luck I should be finished by GenCon. I'll keep yas posted.

Please post criticisms, corrections, etc now so i can fix any fuck-ups before the big show.

you need to post a tutorial sometime on how you paint these things into works of art. dry brushing by itself just doesn't cut it

Yeah... Somehow I think that a forum tutorial just isn't going to cut it. I have shown people like Delso techniques in the past, but it is a pretty tall order for an internet posting. It is impossible to show just how much paint you need on your brush for effective drybrushing, or how to blend shadows just right.

I have thought about maybe running a painting class at On Board, but I haven't talked to John about it, and to be honest I don't know if I have the time to prepare lessons and whatnot if I'm not getting paid.

Maybe if SOMEBODY hadn't abandoned the hobby, he could have convinced me to sell it to him after the competition.
