I heard of the shootings around Dusable/Cole hall and want to make sure everyone is ok. I tried calling Rios and Andrew, but could not get a hold of them.
FYI, I am getting annoyed by the news repeatedly saying that it happened in the MLK Commons area, but showing the Dusable turnaround.

Was just about to post this, got back from campus recently and apparently the shooting happened a bit before 3 PM at Cole hall as my psych 102 class ended after the fact at 3 PM. anyways hope nobody in the club was involved and for what it's worth I won't be attending the club this thursday evening due to Annie Glidden Rd. being closed i hear and given i just got out of campus before it shut down i'm not eager to return at the moment.

I'm alright. I was probably the closest to the madness (being next door and all). It was...an adventure. I was lucky, for if he had turned left into my building, instead of right into Cole, I could've been involved.
- 6 dead, including gunman, 22 total shot
- 4 weapons: 12 gauge shotgun, glock 9mm, sig sauer 9mm, and .380 cal pistol
Just so sad.

a bit late, but I was in the student center that day at subway working. fucked up shit, ted was about to go to the bathroom until some dude told him to go back cause there was a guy with a gun. we spent 30 minutes thinking he was in the building or in the turnaround till we knew it was at cole hall.
Now a week later, its still crazy shit. Memorial service last night was nice. Good to see everyone back in class today. Nice to see (sad to admit) that the sox as well as the black hawks and bulls sporting NIU huskie spirit the past week.
