Hi Michael

This is Paul Stewart (Manager) from the Games Workshop Chicago bunker here. As you may be aware we have signed the lease for opening into next door. This will allow for us to expand the current floor space from 5000 to 9000 sq feet, giving us another 26 gaming tables, this puts us to 44 tables. The planned expansion is due to be ready by around the 1st November (subject to change). We would like to invite you and your club to the opening weekend, either to maybe take part in some of the activities or maybe to bring your games day board or another event to run on the day to show off your club. We will have a little something to give you as a thank you if you can run your activity as this will make the day especially cool for the people attending.

If you can find the time to be able to reply to this if you can or cannot attend I would be grateful as I need to allocate tables and get events ready. Also if you could let as many people know as possible of this event, it would be great

I don't know where said Battle Bunker is, but I'd be willing to tag along if someone wants to make a carpool and help out at whatever activities are planned. Actually I'd probably have to drive since I live off-campus so the location would be spiffy ^_^.

Rios, my bro and myself just went there yesterday, they haven't started anything on the expansion, the space next to them still has a lease sign........ Rios talked to one of the workers and they said that they just got the property.......
