Tank Shock & Ram clarification

So I reread my roolz, and it turns out that the only vehicles that can actually Tank Shock or Ram are tanks, no other vehicles. I should've known that, but it came up in games recently so I wanted everyone to be on the same page.

So, here's the list of vehicles that cannot Tank Shock or Ram:

Space Marines:
- Landspeeders

Eldar:
- Vypers

Orks:
- Trukks
- Warbuggies

Tau:
- Pirahnas

Dark Eldar:
- Raiders
- Ravagers
