Well the fine people at adepticon have put together a Tournament FAQ. As they host one of the biggest GW events in the country, if not the world, it might a good idea to use these rules for our future events.

What they do is rather nice. It took me a few minutes to print out the 40k one last year, and about half an hour to read it. Lotsa good stuff I hadn't even though of.
