Indeed. It does go with your intense Republican desire to have a sex change however, and the closest socially acceptable is to always use female characters in video games so you can watch the pixellated boobies bounce and wish they were yours. lolz to the article though.

depends on the game i typically prefer a male avatar cause the art design is better. but if it's a game where i have to stare at someone's a** for 20+ hours then i'm going to choose a lady. although with regards to the article itself, i'm probably a "protector" because i'm over-protective of the opposite sex. i don't like random critters beating up on my lady (game or otherwise).

I choose a guy because I am a guy...
Pretty simplistic lol.
I do have two female alts in WAR though. A witch hunter on Bretonnia, and a Magus on of of the servers that is something like Tel _____.
Anyways, you are shafted if you are a female chaos player...can only play 2 of their 4 classes available if you are a chick.

Yeah the glass ceiling is set pretty low...one day equality will reign supreme for chaos but till then you must make 76 brass to every one silver a male chaos player makes.

Fuck that chaos needs the glass celling lower. Makes all the other ladies look better off.

Funny how the dark/evil/interesting stuff in video games, movies, miniatures, literature, art, etc... always involve scantily clad women. almost as if they embody that which we cannot have and therefore desire (to be evil). I could get into a lot of deep/crazy stuff on Catholicism/puritanism with this, but I'll just throw that out there because I've yet to see a hot "good" female avatar in a video game.
It's our duty as nerds to change this. FTW!

A mass-murdering sociopath doesn't count as good

same deal mass-murder = evil no matter the intention (great moral qualm there). the only real "good" character i can think of that comes to mind are like Peach and Zelda, but they suck for leading on Mario and Link respectively all this time.
btw nice choice of Death Note avatar. they killed off L far too early...

i agree L was awsome. But i would have to contend that the chick from perfect dark save the world from aliens. If thats not good i dont know what is.
