I have been quietly gathering a Forest Spirit Wood Elf army, and I just finished painting my first unit-

Dryads


I really love the Dryad models. They are super detailed, well posed, and have tons of fun accessories. I used MicroArt Studios forest bases with some Hudson & Allen forest floor flock. I highly recommend the MicroArt Studios bases, which are detailed to the point that I have never seen resin models detailed, and are comparatively inexpensive.

With any luck, I will get an Ultraforge treewoman for my birthday (tomorrow).

That owl looks scared, like it just saw the Dryad kill something and now there's that "Holy shit!" look. Or it's "Damn, I got easy dinner tonight!"

A beautiful unit. The little details like the owl and sprite make the unit standout without distracting from it. I love the bases as well. Microart studios bases are by far the best ones out there.

Very Nice. As always. Really like the coloring of the dryads.

The owl kinda looks like it just woke up and didnt realize where it had perched for the day...and now is like "SHHYYYYYTTTT!!!!"

I love how they look, the best part is the owl. I think he looks more like "you looking at me? ill kill you!" That or he thinks he can shoot laser beams out of his eyes.
