So as it turns out, Bear will be buying the store (though not the LLC John said). He's the magic player with the long long dreadlocks. First the good news: huzzah, we'll still have the store for gaming! Bad news: all the sales previously offered in the other thread are all now nullified. No discounts etc, so waaa for me (wanted to get lotsa stuff in just two days...ach!). But we'll still be here!!!
Continuing on, it looks like he will be hiring Leif to keep the miniatures up to snuff for us. We definitely won't be forgotten in the shuffle, so yea. We'll (board) need to have a sit down sometime soon with Bear to sort out what's going to happen with us.

Tomorrow then we will have a meeting hopefully, with Leif so we can discuss what's going to happen, and if we still want to go back to the student center if negotiations are not kosher

My vote is to still move to the student center, i think it may build more club loyalty and cohesion

Yes. As of August 13th or so, Bear will control On Board Games, or whatever he renames it, and we will have to decide if we will stay or go back to the Student Center. Leif will be in charge of Miniatures under Bear, so we need to talk to him more to figure out what they can offer for the club to stay.

You gotta plan these meetings more than a day in advance. Remember where I live now? lol
I think it would be in Bear's best interest to keep the store named the same. Changing it would make it confusing to people other than those who know whats going on like us.
Anyways, when are we having this meeting, as it seems it didn't happen?

I didnt see any post about a meeting sir. Not that it matters anymore. All you said was yes to the question there was a meeting and then explained when Bear took over.
