Oh my god. They went crazy with the nerf bat. Skarre- nerfed. Goreshade's Soul Gate- Nerfed. Terminus- Nerfed-ish. Mortenebra- still good. Seether- WAY more expensive. Deathjack- unchanged. Nice. Necrosurgeon- re-nerfed. Wrathe- AWESOME.
Overall.... we'll see...

You missed a few things:
Precursor Knights have their old spell ward back, so no more AS on them. Stormsmiths' Stormcall is now an attack that requires LOS and range, no more auto-hitting lightning strikes. THead: Shock Fists have Sustained Attack too
Now, given the way Ranked Attack works now, I think it might be viable to use Stormguard as an alternative to PKs for forming a wall for ATGM/LGs. Not only do they have reach, but the leader can also drop a 3" AoE on something with a respectable PoW after they attack. They can also get the same ARM as shield-walled PKs while retaining the ability to charge.

One of the nice things about this release is that they have removed the uncertainty about model stats which was holding some people back. I know I am certainly going to accelerate my model buildup a bit.

Delso, you will be happy to know that pMagnus is f@*$ng awesome now. He gained Snipe, and no longer has to spend focus to upkeep spells (4/6 of his spells are upkeeps)!

I'm still pissed about Goreshade's Soul Gate. That spell was my shit. Now, the 'Jack can't activate after he is Soul Gated. What the balls? Fucking worthless. Morty is still my main bitch. She is awesome as ever, even if her good 'jacks got a little more expensive.

The rules took 3 seconds to download and 5 minutes or less to print to double sided pre holed paper. I will bring mine on Thursday.
My only beef is that the cards download are on full sized sheets of paper. I'll print out my mercs though. Maybe I can shrink them to card size for my own purposes.
I'll have to take a look at magnus now. I didnt look that far into it.

A quick note to any ipod touch or iphone owners- I used my ipod touch tonight with a .pdf viewer with the new cards on it, and it worked out pretty well.
