So, I've been wandering through a copy of the 5th ed Space Marine codex and noticed that Razorbacks now can take twin linked assault cannons. So can I take these Razorbacks (and the far better droppods) in my Blood Angels army?

Nope. All the marine codexes are now different from each other in a variety of ways; this is one of those ways, sadly.

It's the work of those dirty xenos.
I don't know, but i personally think that they should make something where you can use the most recent version of a Chapter's codex with the most recent Space Marines codex. You can't take more units if you weren't allowed them, but you use the updated stats for units.
