Arright- here are some screen shots of our basic table, so everyone knows what we are going to do- Top view- the table will be 4'X6' consisting of three 4'X2' sections. Yes, the forests will cover that much of the table. This is pretty close to what the finished product should look like. The wood elves will deploy in the forests (which will have removable canopies, conducive to skirmishing troops), and the Empire will defend the hill and manor house. Just a shot of the detail my friend Chris (who did the mock-up in Google Sketchup) put into the manor house. He is a crazy person. In addition, the board will feature a couple of small tree stands, and possibly some ruins on the opposite side from the lake, plus some small details like a dock on the water, some fences and barricades for the Empire to defend, and a road going through the center road section and up to the manor.

Wow! Whoever did that drawing has some serious talent with that program. That just looks really good guys. I am really looking forward to the finished product. Good Luck.
Is the canopy gonna be removable in pieces or will it be one gigantic sheet?

It will probably be removable in 3 or 4 large sections.

due to lack of money and timing issues we couldn't start the board on time so we won't be making it this year
