I'd rather not, but I'm just biased against Hordes anyways .

If you need a better reason, the WM will be totally finished an official when the tournament happens, whereas Hordes is not. Sure it can be used, just as they might be fair to Hordes or WM players, but since they're not finalized and anything can change, it's better to just wait for the Hordes official release. Then hold an all-Hordes in club tournament!

Unfortunately, I dont think we have as many people that play Hordes as we do Warmachine. But I think we could work on it

Count me in for the January 14th tournament with Khador.
As far as a Hordes tournament, why not just have a separate Privateer Press tournament where when the new Hordes rules are official so it's Hordes and Warmachine? The systems are compatible because it was designed that way.
This way, no one is left out because they lack the financial means or personal interest to acquire more miniatures.

I like how Rios waits for one, count it, one no...right after he posts and its a no go. If you read the site, when the new WM MKII rules come out, the pre-rules for Hordes will be finalized just like the WM ones that we use right now. It says this is intended so Hordes players can play in organized tournaments and not be left out. Quote from PP.com "Following the conclusion of the HORDES Field Test, Privateer Press will release an amended field test document online on January 2, 2010. This document will be adopted as official for all Privateer Press organized play events that include HORDES. The amended document will not be the final version of the rules, but will include some changes made from field test feedback to provide HORDES players with the best rule set possible until HORDES Primal Mk II officially releases in summer 2010." Our tournament falls after these rules (Hordes MK2) go official for events that allow Hordes. So they could possibly be used. Rios wait for some more opinions next time silly face.

I would also like to partially agree with Tom. Not allowing Hordes keeps other players out of the event that don't have money to get WM guys. Not me, cause I have one of each, but there are players that only play Hordes.

I think it would be cool to use the free ^_^ rules provided by PP and implement them appropriately (given we haven't read them yet) so Warmachine and Hordes players can feel welcome and participate together.

Shouldn't I have gotten 2nd by default because Ben played basically the same list as I did jk Funny that all the lower scores are really close.
