"The new book only over-rides general rules. It doesn't change army book specific rules. For example, the bret book has a specific rule that says knights get ranks 3 wide. The new main rulebook has a revised rule that says that you get ranks 5 wide. Since the bretonnian rule is a specific rule, and the 5 wide rule is general, it's still in effect, even though it's older. The logic is the same for the Mark of Khorne issue. General frenzy changed, but the chaos book has a specific rule in the rules for MoK that says it doesn't give extra attacks to horses." Aahahahahaaa, suck it!  |

Well we all knew the bretonnians were special....but i mean let khorne get the horse thing we all know they will get it. Its like the general rule thing, frenzy is one of those general terms you can argue it either way but in the spirit of the new rules i would give those damn khorne have super horses

I looked in the choas rule book and it says that the mark gives the bearer frenzy and the next line is the important line.
went something like this
"Remember that frenzy does not give the horse an extra attack" referencing the old 6th frenzy rule.
So I would hate to say, but i belive they have super horses

Alas, I have good news for all non-chaos players, the steed do get frenzy but the +1 attack is for the entire model
Not sure how it works with mount, but I think the person with frenzy would get the extra attack
So no more Super horses for chaos

The horse is subject to frenzy, but doesn't get the attack. w00t. You're right, it is because it's only one model, not two. I would personally want the extra attack to be used with the rider's profile because it's much better.
