fantasy compared to 40k is like a lumberjack compared to john travolta. (e.g. heterosexual compared to butt pirate) Nothing against gays, I just think the bum is exit only as there are negative connotations to sticking anything up there. The space marines know all about it.
i'd be up for my lizzies to fight.

My first question is does it have to be painted cause if it does...count me out...as I dont much feel like painting as of late...damn you sleep and Rome: Total War.

Nope your army does not have to be painted and special characters are allowed if you have the rules that say they can be taken as long as you do not have to ask permission to use them, i.e. some characters say they are unbalanced and you must ask permission. Also proxies are allowed but you should have somthing close to it...best judgement and so on.
