Hey Everybody!
You should all know by now that we have our Spring 40K tourney coming up Sunday, April 25th. Details on that can be found... um... prolly in the tourney threads. Anyway, we're going to be having a terrain building club-night on Thursday,April 22nd in order to fill out our available terrain.
I'll be at the shop hopefully by 4pm that day. I'll have foam board, pink/blue stuff, sand (hopefully), elmer's glue and other terrain-making basics for people to use to build some more terrain pieces. I'll also have some templates to follow for those that are a little iffy on terrain building.
I'd like to see alot of people help out so that we can have some updated and fresh terrain at the shop to play on! This is mostly for the 40K tourney, but if you'd like to come in and build fantasy, warmachine/hordes or even WWII or historicals terrain you're more than welcome!
This should be a good experience for people that would like to improver their terrain-making skills, are looking to more creative ways to base their models (or would just like to base so models while the materials are out!) or would like to see more than just the same old building (which I prolly built 2 years ago).
Of course, everyone's more than welcome to come and get your games in like normal that night- terrain building won't take up but a few tables.
