Peotone sounds good sir. Also on another note of where we can have meetings. I am in theprocess of closing on a house and I have an extra room that i can easily fit 5-6 tables in so we wont have to worry about that anymore when it comes to room.

Also for everyone who will be attending this meeting. Lets try for 1000pts armies. First time for most of us playing with 8th so it will be easier.

The "9th" Meeting went really good. Nice 3000 v. 3000 game. Sean and Sean playing both beastmen lists vs. Josh (Dark Elves), Randy (Chaos Demons) and James (goblins).

First time playing 8th edition for all players so we were all expecting a very long game full of checking the rule book. We were wrong. Game was over quick ( for that size game) and a good time had by all. The 3 man team of DE, CD, and Gobbos won probably with a crushing victory.

8th edition rules really speed up the game in a good way in my opinion. I really enjoyed the new edition. Magic is a lot more fun in my opinion. Just all around 8th edition seems better.

Cant wait to play again.

If it is...all my shit is in Marengo at Jess' parents place until like October when we upgrade our place. I am looking to sell it anyways. Fantasy style just doesn't seem to be my cup of tea and I have too much to actively play all systems I have.

Anyways, back to the original question, when is the next meeting? Any warmachine?

Delso if you made your way out I am sure myself or randy could accomadate you on Warmachine.

For the most part though the group down here is almost all fantasy players. We only have a couple of players who play 40K or Warmachine.

Sad thing is our meetings are extremely random mostly due to my shitty work schedule but I will keep you informed when we have our next one.
