I am upgrading mine this week for BC2 and Global Agenda...and obviously for TOR when it comes out lol.
What are you currently running drew? I might be looking to sell my old parts for cheap, but you might already have better than what I have lol. I also have Rios old Mobo with a pretty nice processor on it. The processor alone is a good deal if you get a new Mobo.
My new specs will be:
either asus or msi mobo (AM3 slot with DDR3)
Phenom 965-BE quad core...or possible the 1090T-BE 6core
GSkill Ripjaw 4GB DDR3 RAM
ATI HD 5770 1GB VRAM <= already own, might xfire two of them eventuall

A crappy Dell from 6 years ago. 900mb RAM, 70 GB hard drive, almost all taken up as it is. Also, no video card.

I was gonna say, I could sell you my old stuff for a small penny...
I also have an older dell that needs some DDR2 ram and a SATA hard drive. I have a video card that will work in it.
