Hi I'm looking at a better way to haul my chaos warriors around. I was looking at Battle Foam. It seems expensive but it looks like it can hold a lot. At worst I would just buy the foam, or try the Sabol replacements for it.
Before i go diving into it, Has anyone used it for Chaos Warriors. Mostly Knights and warriors. I am thinking about getting the CHAOS foam tray but don't think i need the bigger trays. Not many big/ogre sized models just a few. I will probably pick up the Cav tray but was wondering how well the new plastic Chaos knights fit in them. If anyone can help please do before i go spending my $$$.
Those damn GW trays suck and the Sabol foam falls appart. I do have 2 Sabol transports w/ wheels and a regular one. That I can use since i really don't play Warmachine. My second one is for beastment that will need to be reworked. Warhammer ancients can go somewhere else.
I did see that they have replacements (lazer cut) Sabol replacements thought about going with them.

sup dude, I have not tried using battlefoam for Chaos Warriors but from my experience with them they have or can make pretty much anything you need. I personally use a couple of their standard troop trays in a tool case linked below. It pretty much fits all of a 2000 pt tau army with plenty of room to spare. Honestly if your willing to invest the money to get the foam its worth it. Just my ยข2, hope it helps. www.lowes.com/pd_24981-16878-60132_4294857650_4294937087?productId=1071463&pl=1¤tURL=/pl_Tool%2BBoxes,%2BChests%2B_4294857650_4294937087_
