Just putting this up here to see members favorite characters from the world of Tolkien. Whether it be from the movie or any of the books, post it and tell me why if you can.
My favorite character would have to be Beren. Amazing character with a great story which can be found in the Silmarillion or in some of the histories. If you watched the extended versions of the films Aragorn sings part of the story in which Beren is in, when he is in the swamp with the hobbits. It is called (i believe) the Lay of Luthien. Earendil would come in second his story is awesome and third for me would have to be Tuor.
