So they've updated all the Space Marine books to be consistent, as well as stick a Dark Eldar FAQ out there too. Here are the most important changes:
BRB
- Clarified Independent Characters joining units in reserve.
- Units arriving via deep striking transports also count as deep striking, and thus can't assault (der)
Black Templars
- You don't test for Righteous Zeal when you've gone to ground.
- Cyclone Missile Launcher is now Heavy 2 (like SM).
- Narthecium's give Feel No Pain (like SM).
- Signum now confers BS 5 on one model in the unit (like SM).
- Storm Shield now is 3+ inv save (like SM).
- Power of the Machine Spirit is the same as SM.
- Smoke Launchers are BRB standard, so 4+ cover now.
- Typhoon missile launchers are same as SM.
- Drop pod BS is 4 now.
Blood Angels
- Made any special rules in line with SM book.
Dark Angels
- Cyclone Missile Launcher is now Heavy 2 (like SM).
- Narthecium's give Feel No Pain (like SM).

Space Wolves (6 pages!!!)
- Made any special rules in line with SM book.
Space Marines (these apply to all SM books too)
- When you regroup, you get the 3" move (take THAT, stupid AWC).
- Drop pods that scatter off the board roll for mishap (der).
- Techmarines can repair vehicles from inside if it's a transport (neat).
- Land Raiders using smoke launchers cannot use Power of the Machine Spirit to still fire a weapon (awww, sad face).
- When using Calgar's God of War to pass a Morale Check, they do not become Fearless and thus do not suffer No Retreat! wounds (hooray).
