Hot water and soap has always worked fine for me. Depends on if you used a varnish or not also.

I never tried hot water and soap, I use Acetone with a toothbrush, but you have to be careful to wipe off all acetone (with water) once you get the paint off otherwise you will damage the plastic. No soaking in acetone, in my experience it comes off really easy, even varnished minis.

So soak in hot water or scrub with a tooth brush?
