Mayhem Cup Madison WI

Hey one of the biggest events for Warmachine and Hordes in the Midwest is having another go. Its the Mayhem Cup and its going to be hosted in Madison WI on April 30th. Lets see if we can get a group of us to go up there and represent New Game.

Rules - 50pt Standard Streamroller Event

- SR2011 rules
- Standard Timed turns
- Accelerated Game Rounds 80 minutes +2d6
- 5 Games max, Standard SR 2011 Tiebreakers will be assigned.
- Top table round 5 will award 1st and second place.

Mayhem Cup Rules

Everyone will declare what store they are playing for. The store that scores the most points gets to take the trophy to their home store. They agree to have one of the panels engraved with the date they won the cup and which store won it. (this costs a few bucks btw). They have to take a picture of the cup with the people that won it. Last they have to agree to offer the cup at all tournaments that they run for other stores to possibly win it. Once you win it you have to defend it.

Here are how the points are scored.

1st place 10 points
2nd Place 8 Points
3rd Place 6 Points
4th Place 5 points
5th Place 4 points
6th Place 3 points
7th Place 2 points
8th Place 1 point

There is no painting requirement for this thing so as long as you got the models and the time you should definitely think about going. (We hope to have a carpool to split the driving expense)

Hey I will be there. I open 5 Slots for New Game and Hope to fill them. Also looking to practice for this. Getting the cup at the shop would be a big deal and force Bear to put more money towards the minis section of the store, which would be great.
