I purchased a necron fleet for BFG
How many pts is an avg game
I calculated the following list at 2500 for the miniatures I bought
Tombship with Sepulchre
Tombship
2X Scythe Class Harvester
3X Shroud Class Lights
4x Jackel class raiders
4x Dirge class raiders
Two extra re-rolls
Any suggestions - I have not played any games yet

At Adepticon and a lot of tournaments the average is 1500 points.
Suggestions? Necrons are boss. Come back to Dekalb and play some games with me haha.
They go fast and are highly manueverable...they have powerful weapons, but no defenses against attack craft and torpedoes. They are tough, and get tougher when you brace, but it severely reduces your weapon abilities.

Scotty gave Bryan a 2500-3000pt eldar fleet a while ago
Just gave him the BFG Rule book Thurs
started going over some of the rules and identifying the ships with Bryan sat
Was thinking about a Tau or Chaos fleet, when I saw the Necron fleet on the GW site
I like the models, so I picked up the fleet

Ive had them for a while and got about 10 games under my belt. They're a lot of fun to play...you gotta get close fast though they die to nova cannons like nothing
