Warmachine/Hordes 2012 Steamroller Event

Come one, come all for the first Steamroller Tourney of 2012 @ New Game in Town!

**** EVENT DATE CHANGE: Due to schedule conflict the date of this event had shifted to Sunday, Feburary 19th ****



Where: New Game In Town, DeKalb
When: Sunday, February 19th. Doors open at 11am and first round starts at 11:45.
Details: Bring two 35 point lists.
- Each list will have to be played at least once.
- Character Restrictions*.(* Character Restricitions means if you have a named unit, solo, jack, or beast it can only be used in one of the two lists.)
- Extended Timed Turns
- 2012 Steamroller scenarios so plan 7 additional points that will be designated "reinforcements" for each list.

Cost: $5
Prize: Steamroller Coins for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers.

good that works out cause I have to work the 12th

Just bumping this before the weekend to remind you peps of the tourney. We may have a full house for this one and yes we can support more than 12 people (we max out at 16)

I do figure some people will not make it but I have a handful that will possibly fill their shoes that haven't given me a heads up.

So hope to see everyone there and there will be treats... not that I am bribing people and such.

Thanks to everyone who came out and made this tourney a big success!! We had 14 players show up (could have been 18 except for sickness and a very large car repair bill that kept some players north of the border at home...) and ran seven tables over four rounds. In the end here are the top three spots...

Jon C. with Khador (3-1/SOS:9)

I hope everyone had a fun afternoon and got some good games in. For the first Steamroller of the year it was nice to see such a big crowd and hope everyone will be back in March for the next event.
