Last night at the meeting, I mentioned to Andrew H. that my girlfriend was starting to put together an Ork 40k Army. He told me that in a few months, GW was going to release a new codex and models.
Could anyone tell me just how radical these kinds of changes will be or how radical they have been in the past for other armies? We just bought 95 dollars worth of work stuff, (a battleforce + codex) and I'd rather not have that stuff go to waste in a few months time.

Adam H. I'm the only Andrew in the club, but there are 2 Adams. The changes won't be hugely radical - they always include the last editions' models in the new addition just with tweaks and whatnot. New models are coming out, and they look pretty darn good. There stuff wont be coming out for a good while still though, so it's good you got the codex. Plus the fluff! p076.ezboard.com/fwarmongerboardfrm10.showMessage?topicID=2890.topicI particularly like the nob chompin' a cigar and having a grot ride on top with a stick o' dynamite.

GAH! Adam, not Andrew. Son of abitch I've gotta get that straight. I'm just going to start refering to you guys as Seahawk and Pop for a while.
So is it safe to keep a battleforce purchased now?
