The City Fight Codex is being redone. It will be called City of the Damned and will be released in time for GWs summer 40k mini campaign. Along with it are small releases for each army to go along with the city fight setting (From what I've heard, Necrons are the only army not to have something released.)
I will use this thread to post info on what is to be released for the specific armies as I hear more rumors.
Stuff's still up in the air though, since this is kinda far off still, but I'll see what I can dig up.

Lucious the Eternal - People have been wanting a model for this guy for a while. Appreantly, whenever he dies, if the person who killed him takes joy in it, they will slowly become Lucious.
A new Demon Prince, nurgle style. Supposed to be modled off of a former Golden Demon winners entry.

Imperial Guard:
All signs point to metals for a new Guard world. They are called Vestorians. They are supposed to have big flluffy hats, great moustaches, and beards. Old school russian style.
I've heard there will be a special character, an HQ squad, and an infantry squad with heavy weapon.

dark eldar haven't gotten something new for freakin ever. they are supposedly coming out with a new codex and new units within the next year. i dont know the details though.
where are u getting this info luong? is it from a site? if it is u should post it.

I have a few friends that used to work for GW and still talk to people that work for them. I also talk alot with someone that is a play tester. He knows tons of stuff months in advance, but can't say anyhting because of something he signed with GW. Everynow and then he drops me little hints though.

To my knowledge, dark wldar will not be out next year. I believe the tentative release schedule is Tau, Dark Angels, Orks or Eldar. Dark Eldar are definitely getting a new dex, just not sure when. GW is working on the Eldar and Dark Eldar dexes at the same time so they fit together better. Maybe Dark eldar will come out next year and surprise everyone, just like the Tau dex.

well ya bc they're walking abominations of strength. you basically have to shoot the shit out of them or they'll whoop your ass. in a lesser sense, like the tyranids of 40k maybe.

Maybe GW should update armies that havent been redone sence 3rd ed....*cough orks, eldar, dark eldar... instead of armies that are 4th ed. Seriously, orks need a new codex more than tau do. Silly GW monopolies are for Bill Gates.

Yea, it's pretty dumb. I haven't heard anything about any of those armies except Eldar, and even then that's far in the future.

ya that's gay. they should update all armies every couple of years all at once. but then again some armies would over shadow other armies in presentation, so newcomers may only want to buy space marines or eldar for instance. But for the people that have the armies it would be awesome!!

They did Tau because it was a quick fix. Not too much needed to be done with them.
