Here's an interesting site. Its game's models (specifically vehicles) can be suitably orky enough to use. They also seem fairly cheaper than GW. Just throwin' it out there.

Plus, I love building from scratch.

Here is another ultra-cheap source for Orky vehicular goodness.

I don't know why, but I always try to keep my stuff tournament legal too, for some reason. I have never participated in a GW tournament, nor do I have any desire to, but I still like to keep my shit legal. I don't know why.
