Me, rios, my roommate, and possibly my gf are playing d20 system games after club on Thursday nights for a few hours. I know Alex had expressed interest. It would be probably at someones house like mine since 1 out of 4 other roommates are not living here over the summer. I will start a running list of players. WE will be experimenting with ways to allow players who can't be in town to play. Just a warning. So far:Delso

Sorry guys but I probably wont be able to make it every week or often. Do some flying leaps off of shit for me though. Hopefully I will be able to make a trip in a couple of weeks to see you asshats...I will keep you guys informed.

If you want to make a character for both and send the stats to me you should do that. By experiment I meant we are gonna try and have people who can't be out here use skype to communicate with us and for josh ... he has a webcam too so we can see his sexyness right? So make up your characters and post the summaries like I stated earlier. It will make it way easier on the DM/GM to work on a campaign if he has this info. Never played D&D, but played something called "Hero Quest" i found in a friend's closet years back, Never Winter Nights and such. With that said i'd be curious in trying it out, but ain't got a clue as how to go about it... i hate being a noob.

Never winter nights is heavily based of DnD 3 and 3.5 systems.
Star Wars and Modern are based off DnD...so if you are interested maybe we can get something going.
As for Beno...I don't know when he plans on going up to Gurnee to work. So I will give him a call this weekend. Otherwise if its SW I can at least start the campaign.

They are built on the same patented d20 system. Just star wars has different classes and some different star wars only feats...and force powers instead of magic...however...worlds can collide...d20 books are made to work between systems...so who knows...maybe you will see a red dragon on coruscant!

good then i crash a star destroyer into it. if a jedi can smash one outa mid-air into the ground then i can do it too... so when were you thinking of specifically playing dnd/starwars, this thursday or later on?
