Don't forget you have a store in Geneva thats GW which is closer to you but less space? See if the new gaming store will support you. If so give away gift certifcates from tha store to help support them. See if they will give you a discount of some type to people who play in the tournament that day that good for that day only at there store. This helps generate business for them. If you get gift certificates from them see if they will sell it to you at a discounted price. Know this up front and you can price the tournament accordingly and plan your prize accordingly. I know a few guys they will plan a tournament at a gaming store charge 15 dollars and 5 of it goes towards the prizes. Just a thought.
As for the terrain issue for the tournament My opinion charge 20 dollars to get in the tournament. If you bring 1 size 3 terrain and 1 size 2 you get 5 dollars off, or 1 size 2 and 3 size 1 again 5 dollars off or 1 size 3 and 3 size 1 get 5 dollars off. Bring drinks to the tournament and charge for them. This must be approved by ownership so you don't piss them off.
Items to dicuss at your meeting.

I'm not a good fan of the Geneva store, nor are others in the club. Eh. But good thoughts on the details. They shall be incorporated into discussion!
