Details so far:
When: March 6th at 5:00 pm at OBG
Whats happenin:
*in the works are 2 mega battles, one 40k, one fantasy
*plan on some sort of provided sustenance (maybe, not fully discussed)
*since we expect all members to be there, or at least have most of them, we are thinking about holding elections that meeting, instead of the last meeting so be ready for nominations in the next 2 meetings possibly

So, what's the 40K mega-battle going to be? there's a thing about senarios for Fantasy, which, yeah, not going to have 1000 points or enough of a clue what's going on by then.

i believe Andrew is working on the 40k mega battle...however a bridge would probably not happen since the fantasy will need a green table as well...im sure he will hop on and detail out his battle for you guys

Haha, nice.
I gots me a cunnin' scenario planned, but for now it should suffice that everyone should plan to bring either 1500 or so to the table. Also, it will or should be, a classic Forces of Order vs Forces of Disorder arrangement. So you know:
Order
Imperium
Tau
Eldar
Necrons...potentially
Disorder
Chaos
Tyranids
Dark Eldar
Orks...potentially

Open gaming will still be available for other systems but the two 12 x 4 tables will be for the mega battles. other tables will be open for everything else.

Actually our Apocalypse game will be off on the boards to make it more than 4' wide, so the greens will be available for 3 4x4 or 2 6x4 play.

Yea TKaz, other tables will be open.
As for a note on that...depending on hunger after what we are planning to server at the beginning of the meeting (don't forget elections are this week too)...there will be an OPEN invite to the junction as usual! Possibly also an invite to my place to play some rock band or halo or something!
