I also vote Dice and Dogs. Some people may get confused, thinking gambling or something, but whatever.

Ok it's officiallySaturday, August 29th now at On Board Games. We will go all day from open to close. Make sure to wear you're club shirts if you have one. We will provide food and spaces for open gaming of all miniature games. Any suggestions are welcome. We will be hanging fliers around campus so hopefully we can draw in some new blood.

To note, as said in the general boards for those who havent looked, On Board is closing on the 31st of August. So this will be the last big set of games we play there and the last tourney held there.

Yes there is no tourney it is all open play. So the next item on the agenda is what you guys want to see on this day. Maybe a huge Fantasy Legendary battle again, maybe a giant apocalypse or Planetstrike game? A Warmahince/ Hordes free-for-all? BFG huge space flight? Let us know what you guys want...but try to stay away from tournament type scenarios. We need stuff that will make new people feel welcome like big fun games, not destroying them in a competitive tournament (that comes later).

Then big games will not be as inviting to new people I would think...but that's just me.
I would like to check out planetstirke and maybe do some privateer games.

Well I'm nominating these Exec members into charge of games:
Rios/Delso- Warmachine Ian/Sean/Rios- Fantasy Frizzell/Andrew- 40K Andrew-BFG Ian/Rios-Grillin'
We will have tables set aside for each system. 40k gets the green tables, fantasy gets some of the 4x6's and Warmachine/BFG will have a 4x6 table depending on how many people wish to play these systems at the time.

Personally I will be pushing Warmachine/Hordes games, and then Fantasy after that.

OK I posted fliers in between classes today in Dusable, Graham, Gable, and Reavis, as well as the Student Center and Douglas and Lincoln dorms for this event. I didn't have tape so I couldn't put them up in the other dorms with no cork boards. Im gonna hit the other side of campus tomorrow before club, like the comp sci and other science buildings.
