Haha. Yes, this is the Adam I was referring to. Also, I am just testing the waters with this, but I am looking for a couple models...if anyone has them and wants to part with them:
Orin Midwinter Aiyanna & Holt Eiryss-------The one where she's standing up straight, not her normal p and e retail versions. I think it's the one that came in a NQ issue?
Lastly, it looks like we will be meeting at noon this coming Wednesday and we will play for as long as we can. This means we play until people have to leave or like last time, when we didn't have enough time remaining to get another turn in. We're starting at noon, so if you want to get your turns in, be there at noon...or as soon as you can make it.
...It's looking like Khador will need a major surge to protect our borders from the traitorous, thieving Menites!

Ted- I have all of the above if you want to test them out, but I certainly don't want to part with any ofthem (except maybe Aiyanna and Holt).

Adam---Are your Aiyanna and Holt painted? I assume they are, since you seem to be a beast when it comes to churning out painted models. I'd be interested in purchasing them from you. Lemme know what their current state is and how much. As for the other 2 models, I've played with them before. I really just want the alternate Eiryss model because I'm not a super huge fan of the pEiryss model and I can't stand the eEiryss model...and the $16 price tag on it. Sure, it's a lot of metal...but I just don't like the static, urban pose. Anyways, let me know about A&H. I have a full Winterguard squad now that needs some magical weapons for a turn.
Rios---Soon enough, we'll be sending Vlad in to claim the north walls for the Motherland!

Vlad?!!? Am I ready for such a tall task? I don't even know how Hordes functions! ah well... hasn't stopped me in the past.

It goes something like this: Kill the warlock.
It's the same kind of mechanics, Hordes "focus" is called "fury", which functions differently, but it has the same effects. Warlocks use fury to cast spells, Warbeasts GET fury for being forced to do things like charge, run, boost, etc. During the maintenance phase, the Warlock harvests Fury off of the Warbeasts. Any fury left, the beast gas to make a threshold check. If it fails, it freaks out and rampages, otherwise it's fine. That's about it.
Don't be scared...
...Ok, be scared. Legion are kinda tricky to play against.

First rule of fighting against legion. Don't talk about fighting legion
Anyways, I was wondering if we have the requisition pts figured out yet?

A couple things of note from my last game-
- By my rereading of the new wording of the rules, and discussion on the Privateer Forums, I do not believe that Vilmon or his Paladins of the Wall should be able to run and go impervious or stone and mortar stance. It just doesn't make sense. The new rules explicitly state that a model can not sacrifice its action and still run, and I don't see why Vilmon or the Pallys should be immune to that rule, despite the old MKII ruling.
-Whenever a model moves, it is considered an advance. This includes running, charging, or full advance- All intentional movement. The only time movement does not count as an advance is if it is involuntary (because of an enemy spell, slam, etc). Hence, Old Rowdy can use his countercharge on a charging enemy. I mean- hell- it is called countercharge.

sounds good to me...we're did you find the errata stuff at?

I didn't. Those are my personal interpretations of the new rules. No errata yet, just common sense until they make nonsensical rulings.

I'll be there at noon on Wednesday, but at one I have a 40k lesson to give; should only be a couple of hours, so evening/night campaign games I can play.

Sorry adam, bought a new tv instead lol. Its okay. I actually decided to keep them last week, with the interest of starting a small Orboros force.

I, too, have been contemplating a small Orboros force. Warpwolves are so good now.
This weekend we will be meeting at noonish to play the campaign. We will run it the way we ran it last time. Those who aren't present will have their teammates move them. We will most likely play until 5-6pm that night. Please make it if you can.
I think we have the reinforcement points idea figured out. The actual running totals aren't up yet because I have been out of town. I'll have those Wednesday, all nice and updated.
Most likely after this week we will be having the list modification. It'll give you a chance to make sure you want to change things out.
Adam: Bring your A&H along on Wednesday, I'm sure we can work out some reasonable price for them?

Is anyone going to be playing tomorrow after 6pm? Will I be able to move and attack people ... or should I plan on not playing my orboros til Saturday?
